To ensure a smooth transition to larger volumes, we manage scale-up studies and the overall engineering of your bioprocess. This structured approach enables process qualification in a pilot environment and helps minimize risk during industrial transfer.

Pilot & pre-industrial production
We support pilot and pre-industrial production through qualification and regulatory batches performed within our ISO 22000-certified environment. Our flexible infrastructure enables controlled production of industrial batches up to 11 m³.

Packaging & logistics
To complete the value chain and secure product delivery, we adapt packaging formats to your requirements, including 30 kg industrial bags, bulk, and IBCs. We also provide associated logistics services to facilitate integration into your supply chain.

Upstream Process
Two microbial fermentation lines with modular capacities up to 11 m³, designed to operate batch, fed-batch, and continuous processes.
