Fermentation
At the core of our expertise are two fully equipped microbial fermentation lines with modular capacities of up to 11 m³. Designed for flexibility and precision, they allow us to run batch, fed-batch, and continuous processes while maintaining tight control over critical process parameters.

Downstream Processing (DSP)
Our downstream processing platform is designed to extract and purify your molecules of interest through a versatile range of technologies, including microfiltration, ultrafiltration, activated carbon treatment, and multi-stage ion exchange chromatography. We complete the process with crystallization, drying, and aseptic packaging for both liquid and dry products.

Analytical laboratory
ur integrated analytical laboratory supports product characterization and quality control throughout development and production. Equipped with advanced HPLC systems, our team performs chemical and microbiological analyses to quantify and validate proteins, polysaccharides, organic acids, and other complex metabolites.

The Biotech Open Platform facility
Our operations are housed within a 5,000 m² pilot facility dedicated to precision fermentation. Designed to support every stage of bioprocess development and scale-up, the site brings together R&D support and production in one location, with dedicated areas for fermentation, downstream processing, media preparation, and analytics. Separate food and non-food environments ensure operational segregation, while our integrated quality system supports full traceability and compliance with ISO 22000 requirements.
